This week saw a packed house at LSE’s largest auditorium for the Polis and London Press Club debate Migrants, Terror & the Media: reporting and responsibilities on the front line. Having sold out weeks in advance, those who were not able to join in person followed the debate on Twitter – and now it is available in audio form, courtesy of Polis

The event saw a top panel drawn from broadcast, digital and print journalism – Independent columnist Yasmin Alibhai-Brown, Channel 4 News international editor Lindsey Hilsum, Today chief correspondent Matthew PriceBuzzfeed senior reporter Rossalyn Warren; and Telegraph photo and video journalist William Wintercross – take differing views on the role of the media in crisis situations. The topic will also be addressed at  the Polis Journalism Conference 2016 Journalism & Crisis at the LSE New Academic Building on April 21, 9am-5pm. Free but booking required.
